Using Stagingmate
You may use Stagingmate to virtually stage photos of properties you have the right to market. You're responsible for the photos you upload and how you use the results.
Your photos and results
You keep ownership of the photos you upload and of the staged images you download. You give us permission to process your photos only to provide the service.
Credits and billing
Each new staged image uses one credit, and so does each regeneration and each chat edit to a finished image. The free trial allows 1 regeneration per photo. A credit used on a render that fails is returned. Monthly plans renew until you cancel from your dashboard; monthly credits roll over while you're subscribed. Credit packs don't expire while you're a customer.
Refunds
If you're not happy with your first purchase, ask for a refund within 7 days, provided you've generated 15 images or fewer. If a render fails, the credit is returned automatically.
Acceptable use
Don't use Stagingmate to misrepresent a property's condition, hide defects, or change permanent features in a way that could mislead buyers. Follow your MLS's disclosure rules for virtually staged photos.
AI output
Staged images are generated by AI. Check every result before publishing it, and regenerate any image that changes the room in a way that isn't accurate.
