Limits

The plan was to cross-check Zillow Premier Agent markets against organic rankings, but Zillow doesn't publish which agents or markets buy Premier Agent, so this edition measures how much of the agent-search page portals and directories occupy. One search per city on one day; rankings change. "Independent" includes some non-agent sites.
